Ceremonial cacao: more than just chocolate π«
Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. Itβs made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans β crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as βceremonialβ (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity.

I just got back from for a Womenβs Business & Mindset Retreat in Lisbon πΈ β and it stretched me in the best ways.

What to do with all that zucchini? π
If youβre like many gardeners (or friends of gardeners), summer squash is everywhere right now β and this oven-baked zucchini is one of my favourite no-fuss ways to enjoy it.
β¨ Hereβs how I make it:
1. Slice zucchini and sprinkle lightly with salt
2. Let sit to release moisture
3. Pat dry with kitchen paper (if necessary)
4. Season with your favourite herbs/spices and a splash of balsamic vinegar
5. Bake at 180β200Β°C for ~35 min or until done
I used oregano, thyme, rosemary, and sage β but feel free to play around with what you have πΏ
These roasted zucchini slices are tender, flavourful, and so versatile β perfect as a side, salad topping, or part of a nourishing bowl.
