It can be quite challenging to figure out what exactly to eat on vegan Candida diet [link]. You have the list of foods to avoid as well as foods to eat on Candida diet, but what to make out of it? When to eat what and how much? And how to prepare it? Overwhelming, right? You need vegan Candida recipes!

In order to inspire you and give you the what, when and how; I’ve gathered all my Candida recipes under this new category. My vegan Candida recipes exclude the following foods:

  • gluten grains (wheat, spelt, rye, kamut, farro, barley);
  • brewer’s/baker’s yeast;
  • vinegar (only apple cider vinegar is included)
  • sugar and sugar substitutes (only stevia and xylitol are allowed),
  • alcohol, coffee, and black tea,
  • dried fruits and sweet fruits.
