    Nele’s book really is a great resource for everyone who wants to transition to a plant-based diet. I like that there is still the option to eat a little bit of animal-derived foods since I know for some people it’s too hard to give up on everything at once.
    The book is easy to read, and she covers so many topics (it’s like two books in one) and the testimonials are helpful.

    What an amazing piece of work Nele has produced! I applaud her for this and can imagine just how much time she has spent on this. Reading the success stories in this wonderful book, it gave me some food for thought again and I’ll be going into my research again so I can make more informed decisions about my nutrition.
