Hummus, but make it pink — and protein-packed 💗
This beetroot hummus is creamy, earthy, and full of flavour — made with chickpeas, beans, tahini, nutritional yeast, garlic, tamari, roasted beetroot, and a little surprise ingredient: tofu! 🌱
It gives the hummus extra creaminess and a plant-protein boost — perfect for busy days or meal prep.
I made this one completely without a recipe — adjusting as I went, because intuitive cooking is where the best flavours are born. ✨

The 15th Tallinn Vegan Fair did not disappoint! 🌱💚
So many delicious discoveries — from no-oil cashew cheeses and chia-based caviar to herbal tonics, ginger shots, and even potato cake (yes, really!).
It’s amazing to see how much creativity and care goes into plant-based innovation these days — every year, it gets better.
And the best part? Meeting the fair’s mascot — a whale named Nele 🐋💫
We clearly share more than just a name — kindness and compassion for all beings.
Feeling inspired, nourished, and proud of how far the vegan community in Estonia has come. 💛

Ceremonial cacao: more than just chocolate 🍫
Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. It’s made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans — crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as “ceremonial” (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity.
✨ What sets it apart:
✔️It’s often consumed in ritual — with intention, meditation, and presence
✔️Has heart-opening & meditative qualities
✔️Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-supporting compounds
✔️May help regulate blood pressure and support energetic balance
⚠️ Be cautious if you:
✔️Are sensitive to stimulants or caffeine
✔️Have anxiety, migraines, or certain cardiac conditions

Raw vs Roasted
Some cacao pastes are raw (never roasted), so they require very gentle heating (below ~45 °C) to preserve nutrients and energetics. Others are lightly roasted for flavor and can handle up to ~80 °C without harm. Always check the label and adjust accordingly.

I just got back from for a Women’s Business & Mindset Retreat in Lisbon 🌸 — and it stretched me in the best ways.
💛 I was reminded that support and connection are everything. We’re not meant to do this alone.
🌑 I discovered that it’s okay to meet your shadows — in fact, it’s where real growth begins.
🌸 And I experienced the power of a safe, non-judgmental circle of women, lifting each other with no hidden agenda.
Yes, it was exhausting at times — but in that satisfying way when you know you’ve been expanded beyond your comfort zone.
I return home grateful for the breakthroughs, the tools, and above all, the friendships that remind me of this truth:
