A few weeks ago I came across a meditation that stopped me in my tracks. I sat with it for days — doing it myself, feeling into it, letting it land. A few days ago came the final nudge. A friend was feeling overwhelmed. I decided to simply describe the meditation to her — not even guide her through it. Just describe it. She said she already felt calmer. And honestly — so did I. Just from describing it. That was enough. I adjusted and recorded it the same day. It’s a ten-minute guided meditation working with golden Christ consciousness — breathing in light, love, and peace, and exhaling everything that no longer serves you. Your pain, your fear, your burdens. All of it received and transmuted into light. Followed by two minutes of music to simply linger in. A year ago I quietly didn't believe I could get there. Receiving clear inner guidance — through my body, no tools needed. Just pure trust. I tried for months. Nothing happened. I gave up.
