I wasn’t always this connected to my body.
In fact, I used to feel drained, foggy, and constantly fearing food and my symptoms.
❌ I tried all the usual fixes:
Restriction, overthinking every bite, and generally being hard on myself and externalising.
Nothing stuck — and nothing truly felt good.
Until I found a gentler way.
🌿 A way of eating that nourished me instead of restricting me.
🌿 A rhythm that supported my energy, digestion, and nervous system.
🌿 A lifestyle that reminded me to slow down, listen, and trust.
Now?
I feel clear, grounded, and deeply nourished — not just by food, but by the way I live.
