Do you have a morning routine? ๐ It can be whatever โ meditation, exercise, journaling, a walk or run, a quiet moment with yourself, singing, breath work, reading etc.
It can be just 5 minutes or an hour โ start with what is realistic for you and stick to it and when you feel comfortable and motivated, add something else to it or prolong the thing that youโre already doing.โจโจDonโt try to set unrealistic goals e.g., going from zero to one hour. Most probably youโll be overwhelmed and wonโt be able to keep the momentum. Potentially dropping it all. Now, thatโd be a shame!
So, start small and build on it โ youโll go to great distances!โจโจThis is exactly how I did it โ from zero to over an hour including multiple practices like Kundalini breath work and kriyas, meditation, mantras, Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, and stretching. And it really is a non-negotiable! There may be 2-3 times per year when I miss it. If I can do it, you can too! ๐ช๐๐ค
