The 15th Tallinn Vegan Fair did not disappoint! ๐ฑ๐
So many delicious discoveries โ from no-oil cashew cheeses and chia-based caviar to herbal tonics, ginger shots, and even potato cake (yes, really!).
Itโs amazing to see how much creativity and care goes into plant-based innovation these days โ every year, it gets better.
