Ceremonial cacao is not your everyday cocoa. Itโs made from specially fermented, often minimally roasted or raw cacao beans โ crafted to retain deep energetics. Only a small fraction of cacao qualifies as โceremonialโ (some sources estimate ~3%) because of its method, intention, and purity.

I just got back from for a Womenโs Business & Mindset Retreat in Lisbon ๐ธ โ and it stretched me in the best ways.

What to do with all that zucchini? ๐
If youโre like many gardeners (or friends of gardeners), summer squash is everywhere right now โ and this oven-baked zucchini is one of my favourite no-fuss ways to enjoy it.
โจ Hereโs how I make it:
1. Slice zucchini and sprinkle lightly with salt
2. Let sit to release moisture
3. Pat dry with kitchen paper (if necessary)
4. Season with your favourite herbs/spices and a splash of balsamic vinegar
5. Bake at 180โ200ยฐC for ~35 min or until done
I used oregano, thyme, rosemary, and sage โ but feel free to play around with what you have ๐ฟ
These roasted zucchini slices are tender, flavourful, and so versatile โ perfect as a side, salad topping, or part of a nourishing bowl.
