This is how easy it is to make a yummy and balanced plant-based one-pot meal! Save the post for later! ✅ Step 1: Cover with water and cook until almost soft: soaked red lentils, fresh or dried onion, garlic, bay leaves, carrot, sweet potato, Indian spice mix.
✅ Step 2: Throw in frozen green beans, bring to boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes. ✅ Step 3: Throw in coarsely grated summer squash and cook for another 5 minutes. ✅ Step 4: Prepare a mixture of coconut milk, a tbsp of tapioca starch (if it looks like the stew is going to be too thin), water, and turmeric. Stir it in. ✅ Step 5: Add some soy granules, bring to boil, and voilá you’re done! ✅ Step 6: Assemble a bowl by adding greens or raw cabbage, wakame (underneath), sautéed mushrooms, and nutritional yeast (and some salt or tamari if necessary).
Make a bigger batch, store leftovers in the fridge and you’re good to go for the next couple of days!

Do you have a morning routine? 🌞 It can be whatever — meditation, exercise, journaling, a walk or run, a quiet moment with yourself, singing, breath work, reading etc.
It can be just 5 minutes or an hour — start with what is realistic for you and stick to it and when you feel comfortable and motivated, add something else to it or prolong the thing that you’re already doing. Don’t try to set unrealistic goals e.g., going from zero to one hour. Most probably you’ll be overwhelmed and won’t be able to keep the momentum. Potentially dropping it all. Now, that’d be a shame!
So, start small and build on it — you’ll go to great distances! This is exactly how I did it — from zero to over an hour including multiple practices like Kundalini breath work and kriyas, meditation, mantras, Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, and stretching. And it really is a non-negotiable! There may be 2-3 times per year when I miss it. If I can do it, you can too! 💪💚🤗
