My Story

I am Nele Liivlaid, plant-based certificate graduate from eCornell and featured blogger. I transitioned to plant-based eating 6 years ago to change my family's as well as my own health to better. Shortly after, I started advocating plant-based lifestyle through my blog and offering meal plans to make the transition easier for others. Very soon I realised that a more thorough guide covering all aspects of life is much needed and started writing this book. Here, I bring that experience to you, backed by scientific evidence.
