  1. Start by washing the strawberries and removing the leaves. In case your strawberries are organic, you can also leave the leaves on and include them into your vinaigrette.
  2. Next, throw all the ingredients into a blender or a beaker and blend until smooth.
  3. Store in an airtight jar or a container in the fridge for a week or longer.
