LIMITED 1-YEAR warranty with every purchase:

• the functioning of the LED bulbs and the manufacturer’s hardware one year warranty from date of purchase.  The silicone is not covered. Normal wear/tear is not covered under the warranty.

Note: Biting too hard and damage to the silicone is not covered by the warranty. Damage to mouthpiece from cleaning agents is not covered.  

LIMITED 5-year Warranty: You can purchase a 5-year LIMITED warranty to

• extends the 1-Year warranty to 5 years from the date of purchase
• covers the functioning of the LED bulbs and the manufacturer’s hardware.  It does not cover normal wear or biting through the silicone mouthpiece.

FULL 5-YEAR Warranty:

• covers the functioning of the LED bulbs and the manufacturer’s hardware 5 years from the purchase date.
• replacement LED mouthpieces up to three for times including normal wear and tear or biting through the silicone mouthpiece. You will be required to send photos of the mouthpiece with the cord cut into two pieces to receive a replacement mouthpiece.

Note: We reserve the right to determine the natural wear of the LED Teeth Whitener compared to a manufacturer defect.
