Samuti on sul vabad k\u00e4ed jahude asendamiseks \u2013 nt t\u00e4isterariisi jahuga, kaerajahuga ning kui sulle gluteen probleeme ei tekita, siis ka t\u00e4isteraspelta ja \u2013rukki jahuga. Vee asemel v\u00f5id kasutada ka taimset piima, kuigi minu meelest ei saa valmis pannkookide puhul aru, kas nad on tehtud piimaga v\u00f5i veega.
