Ole siiski ettevaatlik korraga liiga suure koguse maasikate s\u00f6\u00f6misega, kuna see v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada k\u00f5hulahtisust ja -valu ning krampe. Seet\u00f5ttu, kui sa oled maasikate suhtes tundlik, peaksid piirduma \u00fche tassit\u00e4iega p\u00e4evas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisaks v\u00f5ib osadel inimestel ilmneda ka maasikaallergia. Vitamiinidest sisaldab ta K, C, B5, B6 ja E vitamiine. Peale selle on avokaados rikkalikult kaaliumi, edestades isegi banaani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avokaado on rasvarikas toit, mille kaloritest tervelt 77% annavad rasvad. Seevastu on avokaados leiduvad tervislikud monok\u00fcllastumata rasvad p\u00f5letikku alandavad.
