T\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtusliku taimse toidukorra juurde kuuluvad nii kaun- kui ka teravili, niisiis lisasin risottosse ka l\u00e4\u00e4tsed, mis tegi roa veelgi rikkalikumaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Kui vesi hakkab sisisema, lisa sibul ja hauta 3 minutit. Siis lisa k\u00fc\u00fcslauk ning hauta veel \u00fcks minut (vajadusel lisa vett \u00fche spl kaupa). Lisa salvei ja puljongipulber ja sega l\u00e4bi.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Vala pannile k\u00f5rvitsakuubikud, riis, l\u00e4\u00e4tsed ja 600 ml vett. Hauta madalal kuumusel kaane all. Kui vesi on imendunud, lisa jupp-haaval uut vett.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Mina kasutasin kiirkeedu pruuni riisi ja 25 minuti l\u00e4\u00e4tsesid ning risotto valmis 35 minutiga. Kui kasutad 40 minuti riisi, v\u00f5ib aega minna kuni 50 minutit.
