Al parecer, no era la \u00fanica nerd que hac\u00eda esto. Sin embargo, me alegr\u00f3 descubrir que mi m\u00e9todo (propuesta) para preparar las c\u00e1scaras difiere de los dem\u00e1s. La cuesti\u00f3n es que no recomiendo preparar una cantidad enorme de una sola vez. Quiero decir, \u00bfqu\u00e9 har\u00edas con el jugo de 10 o m\u00e1s limones? Por ejemplo, contienen un compuesto conocido como citral que contrarresta algunos de los efectos de la vitamina A. Tambi\u00e9n algunas personas son al\u00e9rgicas a las c\u00e1scaras de los c\u00edtricos, en cuyo caso los c\u00edtricos deben consumirse con precauci\u00f3n. You may use your oven or dehydrator. Alternatively let them dry on kitchen counter or on a windowsill in the sun. It\u2019ll take about 36-48 hours at room temperature. As I dry small quantities, I put them on a plate. Once they\u2019re completely dry, I transfer the pieces into a glass jar. Should you dehydrate a bigger batch, feel free to toss them onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Once the peels are completely dry (and you have gathered enough peels), transfer them into blender or spice grinder and process until fine.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
