Vale la pena mencionar que los frijoles negros son ricos en fibra, magnesio, vitaminas B1 y E, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, cobre, hierro, manganeso, f\u00f3sforo y zinc.<\/p>\n\n<p>Para ser sincera, los frijoles mezclados por s\u00ed solos no equivalen a las deliciosas bolitas de energ\u00eda. Por eso agregamos algunos <strong>copos de avena<\/strong> para dar volumen. \u00bfSab\u00edas que la avena tiene un alto contenido de selenio? Ahora lo sabes, as\u00ed que \u00a1come tu avena!<\/p>\n\n<p>Cuando se trata de bolas bliss, <strong>la harina de coco<\/strong> es uno de mis ingredientes favoritos. Este ingrediente absorbe muy bien el l\u00edquido y le da un agradable <em>sabor a coco<\/em> y no agrega las grasas presentes en el coco entero. De hecho, se podr\u00eda tambi\u00e9n llamar a estas bolitas \u2013 bolitas bliss de coco por su delicioso sabor a la nuez del coco. Sin embargo, aseg\u00farate de no confundir la harina del coco con el coco molido.
